databag is an AI agency based in the Netherlands. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, used only to reply to your request (legitimate interest / pre-contract).
• Newsletter: your email address, used to send updates about cohorts, events and releases (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless usage statistics without personal profiles.

We use a small number of processors, such as an email delivery provider for the contact form and newsletter, and our hosting provider. We only work with processors that offer adequate GDPR safeguards and we do not sell your data.

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and at most 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

• Access, correct or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict processing, and request data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
